Co-workers and Environmental policy

To be able to meet our clients expectations we strongly believe that we cannot emphasize enough how important our co-workers are, because they are our greatest asset. Fundamental policy that we strive after is amongst other things,  that it shall be fun working together with us and also to be given the opportunity to develop yourself. To achieve this we strive for having our co-workers on a scheduled route, and that it shall be profitable for both co-worker and us.

We do education within our company for our co-workers, where they will have necessary education and knowledge in the work that they are performing.

Health is an aspect which has grown more important throughout the years and we believe this is very important, which is why we offer our co-workers free exercise.

Road Safety Policy

We strongly emphasize and demand from our coworkers that they shall have such values and attitudes, when it comes to traffic behavior, that they are to set a good example in traffic. To achieve a healthy road safety this we have set below marks:

  1. Always show respect to other road users
  2. Always follow the speed limits
  3. Always do preventive maintenance on the vehicles
  4. Educate co-workers regarding driving techniques, traffic laws, first AID and road safety
  5. Always inform coworkers about our road safety policy
  6. Never drive when using drugs or alcohol

Environmental Policy

Within our company we strive after, as far as possible, let the environmental aspects be a part of our daily organization. Our environmental policy is to be able to offer our clients environmental alternatives. To be able to achieve this we shall always, based on clients demands and our wherewithal and our terms of conditions work, amongst others, to apply actual environmental law, together with the society and our clients’ demands. We always strive to less the environmental impact from our vehicles and to strive after improving our organization in a environmental viewpoint.

Alcohol and Drug Policy

Our Alcohol and Drug Policy consists of us working preventive in order to spot eventual substance abuse among us. We want to spot this in an early stage as possible to be able to be able to give a good support. Therefore within our organization we have some strict rules:

  1. The workplace and company area is alcohol and drug free
  2. Our coworker do not use and drug related substance as well on work as on their spare time
  3. We educate the drivers knowledge about drugs and alcohol
  4. To detect an abuse at an early stage
